Experience in customer service. See if you can fit into their work culture.
If firs round goes well interview by other Team lead and Manager/Supervisor. If all goes well invited a day to shadow to see if you like the nature of the job.

The interview process was smooth. It was a simple background check and a in person interview. Nothing out of the usual and not a difficult process in my opinion. The office is hard to locate.

The entire process was under 30 mins. The hardest part of the interview was finding the building. They will hire anyone with logistics expeirence. It was a cake walk. the entire time they didn't really ask questions, mainly just talked about themselves.
They will reach out to you quickly if your resume meets their qualifications. The interview process is quick and to the point. They won’t ask you typical boring interview questions. Overall it is great experience.
