Colloquio
The process consisted of 5 rounds as it was an on campus drive.
1. Aptitude (you have to score above 60% to clear this round)
2. Technical (you have to score above 60% to clear this round)
3. Programming (5 simple programming questions from the language of your choice)
4. Group Discussion (General topics mostly: they just see if u can speak for yourself)
5. HR (This is just a T&C clarification round)

I didn't clear the apti round
apti round- questions on logical reasoning
and verbal
few question on quant
if u clear apti they will tell u to write programs and solve codes
if u get selected they will call u for hr round

SOME HIDDEN TERMS AND CONDITIONS THEY DIDN'T SPECIFY INITIALLY IN THE FORM OR EMAIL.
1. 18 months bond ,they may call it 15 months but it is 3 months training plus 15 months of bond.
2. No salary or stipend during the training period.(3 months)(They prefer to call it "free training")
3. All original certificates are required and to be submitted to them at the time of joining.
4. Salary was specified as 2.4/2.5 p.a but then we came to know it would be 12K in hand per month and the remaining 8k of every month would be given after 6 months as "performance bonus".
5. You have to work from monday to saturday(No saturday holidays!)
6. No clarity so as to what the penalty would be on breaking the bond.
They wanted us to decide whether we agree with these conditions before giving any round of the interview.You have to sign the agreement/bond if you get selected straightaway ! They were not even willing to give a day to consult parents,friends etc before signing agreement.
