The interview went really well and I thought I was selected for sure. I gave my interview both in english and in german and was very satisfied with it. I was told that I would get the result in next 2 to 3 days but then i had to wait for 3 weeks and after asking them several time, I get a call after 3 weeks and the HR tells me that I was not selected. And the reason for rejection was that, they were still a German based company and they were looking for someone with more fluent or native German language skills. It was very disheartening. I wish they would have given me those 3 weeks to improve my german language a little because I was already good enough for day to day conversation and some technical German as well.
