Met them at a career fair on the college campus. Gave them my resume on the spot. Same evening one of their senior execs had a talk on campus and that gave us a chance to meet recently hired new grads and ask questions. 1st interview was on campus. 30 mins, mostly technical. About linked lists, arrays, etc. 2nd interview/final interview was in New York City in their head office. There were at least a dozen or more on the day, which got cut down to 4 at the end of the day. There were 5 interviews with 1 person each. Almost everything was highly technical, with some behavioral.
