Was contacted by a recruiter and set up an initial phone screen for the next day. Screen went great, asked normal behavioral questions and why I wanted to work for Alliance Bernstein. There was then another phone interview with a manager. Lasted about 20-25 minutes and consisted of behavioral questions, 1 or 2 tech questions, and a problem solving question. Was then chosen to be interviewed by two different VPs on consecutive days (also phone interviews) , each lasting about 40 minutes. These consisted of 1 or 2 behavioral questions and mostly tech questions. Overall, the recruiter was great and the people I spoke to were very nice and knowledgable. However, I was not selected for the position.
