I had a very positive experience with the interview process. It was efficient, and even though there were several stages, it never felt drawn out. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely pleasant and professional. I made it to the final two, but ultimately didn’t receive an offer. The hiring manager took longer than anticipated to make a decision as there were multiple strong candidates. It was reassuring to know the choice had been a tough one, though it did make the feedback slightly harder to take. Still, I appreciated the honesty, and they immediately added me to their talent pool for future roles. Unlike many interview processes I’ve been through, I’d gladly consider a future offer from them because of the positive culture and the way they treated me throughout.
