Telephone interview required in depth knowledge of Allianz and the CMT programme including what Allianz sponsors and rotation locations on the scheme. Assessment centre consisted of case study, 1:1 interview, presentation of case study findings and role play. No group work required. I was very surprised to discover that there were only 5 candidates at the assessment centre.
