They asked if I had any questions relating to the company and then they called me to ask for my reference details and I received a job offer a week after. Was simple process and very straight forward and no "trick" questions.

They consistently rejected applications regardless of the circumstances and never provided timely feedback. It often required multiple follow-ups, only to find out they had already moved forward with another candidate.
