If you don't wish to take the interview please don't waste time of candidates. First interview panel did not join after wait of 30 minutes and contacting HR I was informed panel could not join. Second time interview scheduled and half an hour before I was told it needs to be rescheduled again Third time finally interview was conducted and after the interview when I started asking him questions he said better luck next time I don't even know what to say If it would have been bad I would have accepted but after answering 95% questions he is telling me this so if you really don't want to hire then please be upfront about it with your HR and your team .
