Was quite long, interviewed with various individuals across the AIM arm of Allianz. People were friendly. Mostly conversational interviews. Some interviewers were technical, others were traders. The role was mostly coding, but they expected a good understanding of the structure of AIM and the point of hedging. Software tools are used widely.
