Self recorded Video, IQ test, Telephone interview, face to face interview. Too complex just to get a claim assistant role. The interviewers prefer people who are unprepared they want staff who are disorganised and just work fast without analytical and thinking ability. Also the team leader thinks if you are too perfect in answering the interviews you must be lying and your answers are all staged. Very strange wanting to select productive and smart employees but refuses candidates with good test scores and the right interviews' answers and prefer if people are unprepared for the interviews because well prepared is seen as staged answers. Only want physical meeting to see whether physically they like you or not and to make sure you are not reading notes. Making notes to answer questions is a no no. Interview feels more like a criminal investigation trying to catch your fault in answering startling questions instead of trying to get a skilled worker.
