Had an initial phone call, I was told I would be contacted again within a week for another phone call interview. That never happened, they just ghosted me for a month before telling I didn't get the job which I kinda assumed. It was just a really crappy thing to do, if you don't want to continue with me just let me know that, don't ghost me for a month while telling me I would be contacted soon.
