Webex videocall, lasting aprox. 45 minutes. The interview was carried out by my line manager and another colleague in the team. Interview was average. There was one first interview with them and then a second one with HR.

Transparent and process oriented. Initial HR round followed by interviews with Hiring manager & Business Unit leader. One case study is shared and asked me to present to the manager and Hr and later final Salary negotiation round.

A 30-minute virtual session with the hiring manager after applying directly on the corporate careers site. The conversation was partly in order to get to know each other, partly for Allianz to explain the exact role they are trying to hire for, with a bit of time left for case study-like questions to assess my suitability for the role.
