Initial interview after first application took 1 month, and after the interview, took another month for review. While the interview was simple and straightforward, the interviewers seemed to already have a prejudice and some questions felt more like they were trying to get confirmations of a prior assumption that they had rather than a discussion about my experience. It might help future candidates if interviews focused more on actual responsibilities rather than assumptions based on age group or job title. If there were already concerns about fit based on those assumptions, it would have been helpful to address them earlier in the process, as inviting candidates to interview when the outcome may already be decided wastes both the company’s time and the candidate’s time.

Applied in Jobstreet, they will arrange a face-to-face interview if shortlisted. Interviewers were very friendly and explained more details on the job scope. Questions were expected and standard, most questions were asked to get to know you and your previous experience.
