Phone interview, then shortly followed up with a group in person interview. I was told that the next step would be an interview with the company owners. I was told I would be contacted in the next few days, when that did not happen, I followed up. I was then told it would be a couple more weeks, when that did not happen, I followed up. Then I was told I would be contacted after the new year, as things were moving slowly. I was then never contacted.

I felt this was a very thorough process. Started with a phone interview to get and idea of interest and fit for the job. First interview was with a team of managers. Final interview was with one of the Partners.
