The interview was conducted in a formal board conference room. The hiring manager and two other associates were conducting the interview. I arrived 20 minutes early and they were completing an interview session with another job applicant. The receptionist ask me to sit in the waiting space and advised me they were running behind schedule. This afforded me an opportunity to review my questions and relax.

Applied for a project manager position advertised on monster.com. Monster re-directed me to allied technology's website. After applying for the job a recruiter called me to inquire on availability for a phone interview. The phone interviewed was conducted a few days afterward. The manager discussed the job opportunity. Unfortunately they were hiring for year out and not a current position.
