Lengthy but ok I guess. Alot of time and traveling to their home office which is highly unnecessary. Some things that they want you to do at the home office can actually be done on site

Very unprofessional first impression. Arrived early for interview, called to the back and told the interviewer had an emergency and left for the day. But he asked someone to fill in, and that they should be ready within the hour! After deciding to leave, I was then asked if I had other plans. Yes, I did, my interview was scheduled to start 36 minutes ago. Complete disregard for my time. I definitely dodged a bullet with this company.
