Interview process was rather simple. I spent longer with the receptionist than I did with the Area Director who conducted the interview. Group orientation by watching a short movie. Drug test was conducted on site with an oral swab. Uniforms issues the same day, Put to work the next day, Firearm was dropped off to me at the location.

I had multiple online interviews that I was supposed to complete for each job applied for. There was an Armed Supervisor, Armed Security Officer jobs and a variety of others. The interviewer never arrived for any interview. These positions were for a variety of locations between Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus, Ohio.

The in person interview was quick but also effective. Good questions were asked to gauge my capabilities and my time wasn’t wasted with a lengthy process. I was also given the time and opportunity to ask questions of my own to ensure this job was a good fit for me.

I received an email from the company to download a app to do my video interview with my phone. It didn’t take too long to complete all the questions that was asked concerning security situations that I had participating in.
