3 stage interview, going to the site and getting a feel for the building and the current state of the business. Went how you’d expect, very traditional style of interviewing.

My interview was very relaxed and informal. I was already employed with the company so this was an internal interview for a promotion. The only stressful part of the process was the 2 weeks I had to wait for a decision. All in all though it was a smooth process.
