Applied for the position online. I was contacted by the recruiter to set up an interview time with very limited time slots to choose from. I was unable to make any of the work. The recruiter had the department manager contact me directly instead, and we were able to work out a time to meet in person. The manager explained the role and gave me a tour of the department.
