Probably the worst experience I have had regarding a stage 3 interview process. There were 3 different interviews on one day, and all parties were typical (meaning to be expected) except for the design team (not design mgr who was solid in the interview process) interviews which felt contrived for a post bootcamp test vs a real on the job challenge. It made it very clear I did not want to be working with these designers.
