The interview process consisted of mainly 3 rounds. Round 1- Group Discussion Round 2- Technical Interview Round 3- HR Interview For this particular job role, they evaluate us on the basis of our communication and problem-solving skills. During the Technical round, they usually ask situation-based questions.

Hiring management is the worst. Probably the most negative experience of my life. Had 3 rounds of interviews, all of them were scheduled a week apart from each other. The interview went extremely well so was waiting for the call from HR. Upon calling them, they promised to get back soon. After that, tried sending emails and tried calling them a few times, completely ghosted by HR. Wasted 3-4 weeks of my life in the interview process successfully
