Gesolliciteerd als Structural Engineer en twee prettige gesprekken gevoerd tijdens de sollicitatierondes. Aanvankelijk werd aangegeven dat er na een korte interne afstemming een salarisvoorstel zou volgen. Helaas is dat er nooit gekomen: het bedrijf was daarna niet meer telefonisch bereikbaar en uiteindelijk ontving ik een geautomatiseerde afwijzing met de mededeling dat mijn sollicitatie niet zou worden voortgezet met een eerste gesprek, terwijl ik al twee keer op gesprek was geweest.
Ik zou aanraden om dit bedrijf over te slaan. Het lijkt erop dat het sollicitatieproces niet goed georganiseerd is. Bovendien lag hun salarisvoorstel, gebaseerd op een zelf vastgestelde 'industry benchmark', aanzienlijk lager dan verwacht.
