The first interview was a phone call with pre-recorded interview questions that you had to record your answers to. This was the only interview I got and I didn't really feel that it was a good way to test a persons skills/knowledge. Many questions were simple as well, such as what are your best languages in order?

30 minute recruiter screening covering behavioral and technical experiences, including overview of development work and navigating ambiguity in projects. Did not hear back on next round, which includes technical interview.

Discuss an experience sharing results with non-technical stakeholders.
Too long, was 2 rounds but second round had 5 parts and took hours. In the end, didn’t get the job. Overall would not waste your time doing this interview. It was fully online, team was chill tho
quick and transparent recruiter was well prepared for any answers I gave conversation went smoothly was very helpful in understanding how the interview process would work. Overall a good experience
