I got a call from Allstate for the Java Developer with React in Bangalore office. Reached the Venue on Saturday and had to wait 4 hours for first round of Interview. The Contact Person lady surely was inefficient in maintaining FIFO procedure for Interview. I got through Technical and Managerial round and was told they will communicate further on Monday but they didnt contacted for a Week and after a week got call from their side informing I have to give fresh interview with some other team of allstate . They are not serious at hiring and you will just end up wasting your Time.
