Interview and hiring process ok. Be prepared to invest at least $75,000 or more to get started. Allstate is clever at bringing people in, having them invest their money to start an agency and then when the agent doesn't make it, a bigger agent gets the book.

they use behavioral interview questions and the STAR method for the interview. It is a pretty straight forward process. Everything was virtual. They are very customer service oriented so consider that in your answers

Very easy and approachable. They were very responsive in the interview process with scheduling. The beginning of the process was in the form of texting and emailing you. Then you would get a screened phone call followed by a zoom interviewing meeting.
