Applied at Allstate.com. I then received an email scheduling a phone interview. Next I was given a on-line personality test, followed by two field interviews at job-site. Finally I was asked to consent to background check (credit and employment) and a drug screen.

Answering the questions on the CSR personality test. Some of the questions asked can be situational in claims, was a little apprehensive on what to answer.
