1st interview with HR, then 2nd stage interview with the manger. Explained what they are doing it, what they are looking for, asked about my background and why I chose this profession. The interview went well, the manger was very friendly and polite.

About 1 hour. Asked me to write on a piece of paper as I may be sending out hand written letters. Doesn't seem to like military commitments. Very nice guy overall.
