I applied and within a couple days i got an automated email stating they wanted to schedule an interview with recruiter. First its recruiter, technical round, behavioral round & last panel round (with the team & managers)

what is something that you do when you handle large date sets?
Initial screening, then two rounds of interviews with coworkers and managers. Process takes about 2-4 weeks. Very personal and little questions on technical abilities. Big focus on Excel and willingness to learn new skills.
