Applied online on the Allstate website. Received an email the next evening to do a recorded phone interview. Did the phone interview the next morning. Received an email within minutes confirming I had passed the phone interview and received an email to do an online assessment. I haven't completed that but will do it today. The recorded phone interview was fairly straightforward. The automated voice asked the questions and you would record your answer. No opportunity to re-record or skip a question and come back.

Why Allstate? Why this position? Previous salary. Why are you leaving your current job. Name a time when you had to go over and above for a customer. How do you listen for details when speaking to someone. I am putting that I didn't get an offer because I am still going through the process so haven't received any response from Allstate yet.

I had a video interview with a manager, who said they wanted to move me forward in the hiring process and would send me an email for another interview that would take place the next Tuesday. I never heard from them again. I reached out multiple times and never received a response.

Quick, I applied and then within like two weeks I received an email. Then I Interviewed with recruiter then the hiring manager. After I interviewed with the hiring manager, I got a call back like a day later.
