Very professional, responded to questions . Interviewer took their time, explained the process and gave a brief overview of what to expect during the interview. Was made to feel comfortable and did not feel rushed .

I was asked to talk about previous Work experience.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Allstate (Northbrook, IL) nel mese di mar 2012
Colloquio
I was recruited using LinkedIn via InMail. I responded to the recruiter's email and sent him my resume. The next day we spoke on the phone (which I consider 1st round interview). While on that call, he told me I'd be contacted by another HR employee for another phone interview. The 2nd phone interview took place 3 days later. Both phone calls were an hour and I was asked questions about my experience and schooling. Both interviewers were extremely easy to talk to. I wasn't asked any behavioral or skill questions to "test" me. My in-person interview was scheduled for 3 business days later. I was sent an interview schedule and bios of all my interviewers.
My in-person interview was 3 hours long. I met with a series of individuals and pairs. Most of the discussion centered around my experiences in my previous job. I wasn't "tested" about anything. The director of the department arrived with no questions to ask, instead, used the time to answer MY questions. So I suggest to anyone interviewing at Allstate to prepare questions concerning the company, team, and individuals. I was given a quick tour of the building before escorted out.
Two business days later, my contact called to make sure I was still interested, because they decided to give me an offer. The next day I was given my official offer. The process was extremely fast. I had 48 hours to execute a drug test and sign off on a background check.
