After the initial screening I was able to have an in-person interview. The interview went well. It was a team of 3 and they were looking to fill that third position. I interviewed with both people that comprised of the team at the same time. They explained the position to me in more detail, explained the job duties and what they needed. It lasted about 45 minutes and felt like it was a good experience. I had the opportunity to ask my own questions. The way they described the culture at Allstate made me want the job even more. It sounded like a place where you are given some room to be creative and work out your tasks without micromanagement.

Pre-recorded interview, recruiter interview, hiring team interview. Everyone was professional and the process was really simple. Unfortunately after the final interview I was told the position was “put on hold”.
