It was smooth, the hiring process was great as well, I worked at the claim department, pretty easy,we deal with claimant, insured but most of the calls are from bodyshop looking for their cheque
Loved the interview process where they explained in detail the job requirements and pay structure. I was pleased to know that they support new hires. I interviewed with 2 people.
It was very simple five question virtual interview. I was extremely nervous at first. Just take your time and use the star method and you will get a call back.
