The interview consisted of two 2-person interviews. One group focused on behavioral interviewing and the other was more skills based. I brought some materials to reflect some of my past work. They were very open to answering my questions. I was very focused on the cultural fit fro me and with my department peers. They walked me through the department at my request and talked about the nature of the work and generalized about some possible projects I might be assigned.
