Kind of drawn out. Multiple contacts including phone interviews with recruiters, pre-recorded interview over the phone, and two interviews with hiring managers. First contact to day one took 75 days. Interviews using Behavioral Descriptive questions and STAR answers. Answers must qualify in order to move forward, so research STAR before your interview.
