Interview process is too lengthy and unprofessional. After reading past experiences of folks, I am sure now their HR needs to more proactive. My first technical round was on 14t march, next round after continuous follow up,the next round is scheduled after 1 month again. Now when asked same follow up, your notice period is issue and can't go further. Which they could have tell upfront before 1st round itself. Also it's not good product based company in India, when I asked couple of colleagues. Thought, not to post in Glassdoor, but I don't want others to waste their valuable time just sake of job switch.

First round was telephonic. Then it was panel discussion followed by one to one interaction. Managerial round happened with 2 managers happened with finally HR round happened. Total 4 rounds happened.
