There were 2 interviews before I was shown the door. First one was a standard coding/problem solving interview. The interviewer was practical and helpful. I was able to complete the code with some help from them. The next round is the highlight of the process. It was a system design round - HLD and the so-called "Technical Architect" came up with a problem statement and we got into the discussion. The problem was not a complex design and I was going pretty good on the parts of the design. There were some shocking statements from the interviewer which clearly showed that they have never done a complete system design. They had come to the interview with a fixed solution and was not open for alternatives. Bad experience.
