      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Allytics nel mese di apr 2022

      Colloquio

Allytics took 3 hours of my life over 3 weeks just to then make me wait an additional week to send me a generic "no thank you" email. Interview 1: I was requested to interview for a different job than I had applied to on Indeed and then essentially told "it didn't matter" which job I was interviewing for since hybrid roles are optional. I interviewed with 2 apparently random employees. Interview 2: I had to follow up with HR, which was now a different contact than I had originally been emailing with, to get the actual invite link to the meeting after having a 2nd interview requested. It was with a completely different set of 2 random employees that were not mentioned anywhere except in the invite. In this interview I was told I now had to specifically select 1 of 2 roles to begin with, since hybrid roles aren't an option at the beginning, and the interview was supposedly focused more on that selected role. Other than that, the questions were the same as interview 1, including generic questions about my background and my soft skills, as if no information had been shared from the first interview? I was then also told that the next step would be a decision that week. Interview 3: I am emailed requesting that I do a 3rd interview even though I was expecting a decision. I request some context and information about what the 3rd interview will be and am given a generic HR response, including saying that since I made a decision on a different role in the previous interview this would be more specifically on that. I found that odd, since in the last interview I was told it was already focused more on the selected role. The 3rd interview is again with a random set of 2 people who I was not even given the names of until I got the actual link to the interview 24 hours ahead of time. This interview I am now told that I am not being interviewed for a specific role since hybrid roles DO exist?? The questions of this interview are again completely repetitive and I am asked if I have any questions for them after they ask me about 2 questions. I have already asked questions about the roles, the company structure, the company culture, etc. in the previous 2 interviews. In this one, I'm filled with confusion over why I am here and what we are doing. At this point, my experience has been riddled with red flags showing poor communication both internally and externall, poor organization, and general disrespect of my time. One week later: I am sent a generic rejection saying they have gone in a different direction for the "marketing position." Thank god.
