Applied online. Was reached out to by the HR about after a month. I then had a phone interview with the Engineering Manager who was friendly. Questions were about my previous work experience. Not very technical. Was then informed by the HR that I will be contacted later for an in-person interview. Multiple follow up emails for the next 4 months was followed by responses that said they were still interviewing other candidates, after which point I stopped following up.
