1.Aptitude round-- Everyone who has given the apti are automatically selected for the second round. no result of apti,i think it was just for formality.
2.technical round-- taken max 6,7 minand asked 5-6 questions of sql. i think the interviwer was in hurry to go home and also was busy in surfing on his phone.
then as ususal they told us we will contact u within 8 days...
""intersting thing is tht same Hr called me in 3 days and asked me that we are having vacancy so can u come for the interview???? so whty is this???
guys its only a formality of hiring..no hiring at all..i took whole day only for an apti of 25 qus and 10 min intrvw..

my first round is technical after that Hr Round.I was shortlisted for HR round .I have also done HR round.
They give offer after 8 days.Hr round is very frankly.They asked in Hr only family background.
