To me it was kind of stupid because the interviewer asked questions about customer service and we did a role playing question of how I would react to a customer calling. I didn't get the job because my responses were slow and I didn't want to do the role playing anymore. It seems kind of stupid doing that when I should learn all of that during the training process plus I have never did anything with being a customer service representative so I wouldn't know

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
