Lots of questions. They want alot of customer service experience. They will tell you most of the time if you are hired then and there. You will usually be scheduled in a group for interviews. Then if you are hired they will go over schedule options.

The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
