Interview was very long the interview itself made you think that the job would be very professional which in fact it wasn't at all, they pretty much ask you basic customer service questions that you would get at any other call center and then alot of other things that I can't remember that make you nervous

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.

The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
