4 Hour open interview process.
1st interview is a qualifying interview. Do you have high diploma/GED. Work EXP. The 2nd interview is about 15 mins to an hour depending on how many candidates.
The 2nd interview consists of determining how much customer service experience you have/ how well you work in a team ect.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
