First you must complete an online profile/application. Then you must complete an online assessment before being screened by HR over the phone. The recruiter is looking for stability in past employment, sales experience, and good communication skills over the phone. MUST speaking with confidence to get an interview, but don't be cocky. The personal interview is with a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager conducting the interview is interviewing you for his/her Team, so sell yourself and your ability to help his/her Team meet their sales goals and you've got a good shot.

The first interview is via phone, someone from the recruitment team calls you to get to know a little bit more about yourself, they send you a test where they can see your level on English based on your answers and how you develop the test. Then you go to an interview at site where they ask you a couple of questions and continue with the recruitment process.

Online application in office, typing test, interview with Human Resources rep, discussion about open positions, job experience, etc. even though it was a long process, they seem to hire everyone who applies.
Very easy 3 interviews with three different people. All calls, you have steps to follow and since mine is a work from home a internet connection check speed. Than got the job.
