Started off with what was called a 1st interview which was one on one and if completed successfully you are welcomed to a 2nd interview which was a panel type scenario. If you make it past your 1st interview though they let you know before the panel begins that you're hired. After a few questions and a mock phone call after the mock call they have you sign a consent form for a background check. That's when they take you to get drug tested within the facility after your results are in they basically tell you whether you passed it or failed, tell you that they'll reach out to you once they got your background check and send you home

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
