Laptop Support: You will be helping with Tablets, PC (AIO), Printers and Laptops. You will do the basic keyboard test and personality test. There will also be a "how would you handle this call" assessment. You sit down and speak with a recruiter who will explain what the job entails. After this it will be a question and answer process. If acceptable, you will be scheduled to meet with a supervisor in the department you will be working. Laptop department takes a test regarding technological ability (kind of like a short exam). Supervisor will review your answers and ask questions, just like the recruiter does to see if you are a good fit. Supervisor and Recruiter will discuss whether to hire you or not. You will most likely find out before you leave.

It was fairly easy they take you to do a typing taste and once you pass they’ll set you up for an interview with a hiring manager. Questions were fairly simple and easy once you’re done they’ll make you do some computer work for the hiring process.
