The interview process consisted of two interviews. One phone call interview, and one video interview. The first interview was basically just getting your past work experiences and listing what you gained from those jobs. The second interview was a basic overview of the actual job to make sure you are compatible and can handle the content moderation role.

Te llaman por teléfono y hacen unas preguntas en inglés, después te agendar para una entrevista grupal para ver tu portugués. Mandan un test también en inglés para que veas un poco de lo que sería tu trabajo.

The interview process took just one day. The interviewers were kind and easy to talk to, asking simple questions. They encouraged us to speak freely and based their follow-up questions on our initial responses.
The interviews themselves lasted only 5 to 10 minutes, and within a few seconds, they informed us whether we had passed.
