pretty easy interview process. just one interview and no technical question at all. Like they are there with mindset of hiring you. Just ask for availability and you will be good to join from noonday

I had a total of three interviews, none was stressful. No trick questions. Their basic screening seemed to amount to whether I had the right attitude and people-skills to deal with stressed customers who had gotten themselves into technical problems with their cell handset - whether it seemed I would bring the right skills to settle the customer down and solve the issue. The other big concern, repeated over and over, was that job performance started with showing up for work each day, on time. Unannounced worker absence must be a big issue here, as much as that was stressed. One interviewer even said 'Your best way to get ahead, here, is to show up on time for each shift. It's that simple."

Really, about one job-related question. Interviewer handed me an Android handset and said to show her how I could change the home screen's wallpaper.
Mostly, the single question that was repeated various times in various ways was, "Do you understand that your on-time attendance on your scheduled days is required?" Another question was "How many days per month do you think it is OK to fail to show up for your shift?"

They will allow you to do a screen test with about 5 questions then you'll do a one on one interview and they'll ask you basically the same questions that they asked you on the test
