Quick, non complicated, hired on-the-spot. Was able to do onboarding the same say because I was advised to briing in necessary paperwork and credential documents to the in-person interview. Anything you didn't have, they'll send an email with an upload feature to complete the process.

What is your experience with handling difficult people? (Complaints, Abrasive Callers, etc).
The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
